These Terms of Service govern your use of larleaf.com and purchases from Larleaf. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our published policies.
Larleaf is a U.S.-based online retailer of pet keepsakes, memorial gifts, and related pet products. You must provide current and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
We work to describe products, included items, dimensions, materials, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Display colors may vary by device. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may change before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. An item placed in a cart is not reserved until the order is accepted.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, an incorrect price, or an unavailable destination. If we cancel after payment, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Read and follow all product instructions and warnings. DIY keepsake products, UV resin, small parts, pet toys, carriers, restraints, and grooming products must be used only for their intended purpose and with appropriate adult supervision. Keep uncured resin and small parts away from children and pets, use resin in a well-ventilated area, and stop using any damaged product. Product descriptions do not replace veterinary, medical, airline, vehicle-manufacturer, or other professional guidance.
The Larleaf name, website design, text, graphics, and original content are owned by Larleaf or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or exploit website content without permission.
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Larleaf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content in connection with operating and promoting the store. We may remove unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools. Third-party services and websites may have separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond any express product warranty or mandatory consumer right. Larleaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Larleaf operates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
