Our published total estimate is 5–8 business days. Order processing uses a 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time cutoff. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best current estimate for your address and cart.

Orders of $35 or more receive free U.S. standard shipping. For orders under $35, shipping is based on total weight: up to 500 g is $4.99; over 500 g and up to 1 kg is $5.99; over 1 kg is $7.99. Final charges appear at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment location in North Dakota and may be handled by contracted logistics providers.

International standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–14 business days. Available destinations and the final shipping charge appear at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and local fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the complete corrected address. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your order. The item must meet the conditions in our published return policy, and proof of purchase is required.

Larleaf does not charge a restocking fee for an approved eligible return. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and is explained in the return policy.

Used, opened, cured, or personalized DIY keepsake materials generally cannot be returned for a change of mind because they cannot be resold. Contact us if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email support@larleaf.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

The usable ink area is approximately 3.7 × 2.3 inches (9.4 × 5.8 cm). Compare your pet's paw or nose with the size guide on the product page before ordering.

When the clean-touch kit is used as directed, the inked surface faces away from normal skin and fur contact. Read the included instructions before use and keep the process supervised.

Read the current product label and included instructions first. Keep components away from children and pets except during the specific supervised step described by the instructions. Stop if your pet becomes uncomfortable.

Uncured resin is a chemical material. Work in a ventilated area, keep it away from pets, children, food, and skin, and use the protective equipment required by the product label or Safety Data Sheet. Do not handle or wear the finished piece until it is fully cured.

Our pet toys are intended for supervised play. Choose a product appropriate for your pet's size and play style, inspect it before each use, and remove it if damaged or if small parts become loose.
