Order processing and cutoff time

Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day are normally processed within 0–1 business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

United States shipping rates and delivery estimates

Free standard U.S. shipping is available for orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$35 or more.

For orders under US$35, standard shipping charges are calculated from the total package weight:

• Up to 500 g (1.1023 lb): US$4.99.
• Over 500 g and up to 1,000 g (1.1024–2.2046 lb): US$5.99.
• Over 1,000 g (2.2047 lb and above): US$7.99.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout. Standard U.S. transit time is estimated at 5–7 business days after processing. The estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect or incomplete address.

International destinations available at checkout

When an international destination is available at checkout, the exact shipping charge is shown before payment. Estimated international transit time is 7–14 business days after processing. Customs processing may add time. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless checkout states otherwise.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment location in North Dakota and may be handled by contracted logistics providers. The carrier may be USPS, FedEx, or another trackable service suitable for the destination.

When tracking is available, we email a shipping confirmation. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the carrier receives the shipment.

Returns and refunds
