Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day are normally processed within 0–1 business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard U.S. shipping is available for orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$35 or more.

The estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days from the order date. When an international destination is available at checkout, the exact shipping charge is shown before payment. Estimated international transit time is 7–14 business days after processing. Customs processing may add time. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless checkout states otherwise.
Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment location in North Dakota and may be handled by contracted logistics providers. The carrier may be USPS, FedEx, or another trackable service suitable for the destination.
When tracking is available, we email a shipping confirmation. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the carrier receives the shipment.
